An IT and communications company is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join their team in Irving.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service and acting as the point of contact for client and customer escalations
  • Handling customer issues such an inbound and outbound calling
  • Participating in incident review and escelations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by developing preventative measures, solutions, and configurations that may impact product performance
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of incidents
  • Documenting standard operating procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service and computer hardware role
  • An excellent ability to communicate with customers and type at the same time
  • A strong understanding of computers, how they work and their functions
  • Basic SQL knowledge
