Job Description

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Production Support resource across multiple applications in the client suite, including effective troubleshooting skills across PCs, network, security, web, DB and server technologies
  • Prepare support documentation, assist with scheduling/scripting of batch jobs
  • Responsible for L2 production support activities for the client as part of the Electronic Health Record modernization project

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of Technical background in supporting various server platforms. Windows, Linux, Citrix, and virtual environments.
  • Experience with EPIC Console and Compass tools Previous experience in EPIC dash; Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity Admin
  • Able to analyze issues, work with IT partners to determine root cause, and implement solutions
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Strong production support documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving/debugging skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles for Incident and Problem Resolutions and Root Cause analysis
  • Understanding of application development life cycles and supporting test environments
  • Experience in setup and configuration of automated batch cycles
  • Knowledge of application performance management tools
