Job Description

A health services organization is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to join their team in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions, and resolve complex problems or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software
  • Respond to the more complex problems escalated by the help desk staff pertaining to all application hardware and software products supported by the IT area
  • Assist staff with AEP onboard readiness
  • Install and support Hardware, Software, Connectivity issues
  • Setup of training and conference rooms
  • Deploy or pickup of equipment
  • Document and track status of client inquiries, coordinate appropriate response and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide 2nd level technical support to customers and internal staff for all Remote Service technology products and services offered
  • Resolve issues and completes service requests within a specified time frame
  • Work with external vendors and customers on escalated issues to ensure resolution

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and up to two years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff
  • Experience in call center, tech support, customer service environment
  • Shipping and Receiving experience
  • Experience with ticket logging systems, work order
  • Able to update and note tickets in a timely manner
