A financial services firm is seeking a Security Engineer to join their team in New Castle, DE.

Qualifications

Required

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing/Engineering/Data Science or related field
• Subject matter expertise in Web Threat Isolation solutions (expected to be fluent with one of the two solutions below):
  • Menlo
  • Fireglass
  • Garrison
• Subject matter expertise in:
  • Bluecoat Proxy
  • Palo Alto Next-gen Firewalls
• Experience deploying the above in a large enterprise environment
• Experience troubleshooting large complex enterprise networks which consisted of the above components
• Knowledge of Cisco Networking
• Understanding of SIEM solutions - ArcSight and Splunk for logging and forensics
• Understanding of the Defense-in-Depth and Cyber Kill chain frameworks
• Scripting knowledge and working knowledge of Linux and UNIX OS
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent presentation and MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
• A team-player and self-starter

Preferred

• Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
• Familiarity with one of - AWS, Azure and GCP
• Familiarity with Cloud Formation Templates/Terraform
• Understanding of Virtualization / virtual appliance deployments
• Knowledge of Traffic Load Balancing - F5/Citrix
• CISSP certified
