The ideal candidate will have strong IT recruiting experience and be passionate about the recruitment industry. This role does not involve the full recruiting lifecycle.

You will:

  • Screen/qualify the hundreds of resumes we get each day through our inbound recruiting process
  • Help ensure accurate and consistent tracking of leads by the use of Bullhorn, our ATS
  • Help with candidate engagement – from writing effective job postings to the when and where to post jobs
  • Develop innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels
  • Optimize internal processes as needed
  • Keep on top of trends in the recruiting world and ensure we are using the best technologies and methods out there.
  • Ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned

You have:

  • BA/BS college degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a IT recruiter/resume sourcer is a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong independent initiative and independent thinking
  • Enthusiasm about recruiting and about being part of a team
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and sense of urgency
