Job Description

A financial services company is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Lewisville, TX.


  • Work with several matrix partners, including IT and enterprise teams, to prioritize and execute on key strategic digital programs and projects to bring digital roadmap to realization
  • Understand company's digital architecture and ensure right digital solutions are being deployed in correct order
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans that will drive expert schedule, resource and stakeholder management
  • Set Agile release cadence to ensure value being delivered into business as often as possible
  • Coordinate requirements gathering to ensure solutions will achieve desired business results
  • Identify potential scope issues and proactively address internally and with stakeholders
  • Work towards project excellence to deliver commitments on time and with high level of attention to detail and bottom-line focus
  • Identify project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues
  • Build and maintain strong project communication with team using collaboration tools and in person meetings
  • Create and update reports to senior leaders to create transparency to digital roadmap and impacts
  • Support regular project update deliverables for executive presentations
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation
  • Support a culture of diversity and inclusion



  • At least Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience managing a team
  • 8+ years of experience managing digital projects
  • 8+ years of experience working with stakeholders on gathering requirements and prioritizing requests
  • 8+ years of experience working with partners to achieve goals and deliver results
  • In depth understanding of Outlook
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Scrum Master (Agile) or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to collaborate with IT partners in Agile environment
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Able to balance between the correct technical and business solution
  • Able to translate complex technical information into simple terms
  • Desire to creae leading edge solutions for complex business problems


  • Knowledge of project management software (JIRA)
  • Experience in consumer financing industry (auto, mortgage, etc.)
  • Experience working in an operational role or environment
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and managing risk
  • Experience with the supply chain process
