Job Description

A consumer division of financial services group is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst to join their team in Tampa, FL.


  • 4+ years of working experience in an enterprise environment as Unix administrator, developer and understands java, database (My Sql and  PostgreSQL), mongoDB and S3
  • LDAP, active directory, installation of RPM, usage of NAS, SAN and Replicated Storage (SRDF / Replicated NAS) 
  • Shell scripts and using automation tools as autosys
  • Java development to enable strategic solutions within robotics program
  • UNIX/Linux environment (shell Scripting, Java, My Sql, Postgress, mongoDB, S3 emulator) and Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 
  • MySql & PostgreSQL Database concepts along with data replication, Disaster Recovery 
  • Track record working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Will be able to draw out cooperation from senior management and other departments
  • Is flexible with their work schedule: changing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Engaging in environment build and Supporting from initiation to closure, Supporting for BAU mode
  • Accountability for project results along with project sponsor
  • Working with project sponsor and stakeholders to finish project charter outline, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
  • Completing work breakdown structure to estimate time required
  • Providing project schedule in order to identify when each will be performed
  • Resolving any problems throughout project life cycle 
  • Managing project by making certain that any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request
  • Determining how results will be measured and completing an evaluation to determine how results were achieved
  • Ensuring project documents are archived following project completion

  • Answering customer requests in regards to outages, performance degradation and project status.
  • Maintaining flexible work schedules
