Our agency client based in Boston is looking for a Help Desk Technician for a 3+ month contract beginning immediately.

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for the Microsoft Office 365 portal. Responsibilities may include everything from adding new users to responding to requests for mailbox edits.

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of the company's servers. Responsibilities may include management of Lync Servers, as well as Tier 2 trouble tickets – must be able to work on both Mac and PC.
