A fortune 100 financial services organization is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join their team in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities:

•       Develop and implement internal and external databases to include data control, operational improvements and reporting requirements

•       Streamline data processes and data collection systems, optimizing statistical efficiency and quality

•       Explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing creativity or quality

•       Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources to populate external databases with firm data as well as portfolio data and characteristics

•       Prepare and execute quarterly client reporting RFIs, Questionnaires and DDQs with consistency and expediency

•       Develop charts, tables and exhibits for inclusion in existing marketing collateral templates as well as for one-off requests from the marketing and client service teams

•       Provide proofreading support and data quality control during quarter-end update cycles

•       Ensure all materials adhere to established design and data integrity standards

•       File all client communications and client service and marketing materials according to business practice

•       Solicit or procure background data for questionnaires and other client reporting from portfolio accounting systems and external databases

•       Assist in task management regarding projects requiring participation by multiple people

•       Maintain, update and produce data feeds and dashboards for internal audiences from CRM system

•       Maintain and keep current all contact information in CRM

•       Assist in marketing and client service related projects involving CRM analysis

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline such as marketing, finance, economics or accounting

•       Hands on experience in data management, stewardship or analysis

•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM system software knowledge a plus (MS Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce); Bloomberg, eVestment, FactSet software

•       Experience with SalesForce, CIPS, and regulatory reporting

•       Financial services experience preferred
