Job Description

An Audio Visual firm is currently seeking a Scheduler/Field Services Coordinator to join their team in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional client experience by way of prompt, detailed and accurate communication
  • Dynamic job assignment, project tracking, and job rescheduling functions using our software to assist in managing the scheduling system
  • Monitor real-time performance and job completion of assigned field reps and backfill cancelled jobs when possible to ensure productive time is maximized throughout the day
  • Creation and Processing of daily work tickets for field technicians in the field
  • Organize completed and outstanding tasks
  • Use dispatch and client support software
  • Answering phones
  • Process incoming equipment into inventory or staging

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and organize client needs and company resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking/working in multiple software environments simultaneously
  • Efficient in Mac and/or Microsoft Office
  • Phone system skills (communication skills)
  • Construction Type Background preferred
