Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Technical Analyst to join their team in Red Bank, New Jersey.


  • Work with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other project team members to understand their functional and technical requirements; Develop and document requirements in a clear, accurate, and meaningful manner; Perform analysis and research in support of a detailed technical requirements definition that is maintained with disciplined version control
  • Document all systems that will compromise a website and working CRM system (sales, service, marketing clouds) and how they will work together
  • Work with team to ensure User Stories in Agile Management platforms such as JIRA are properly sized for full range of technical tasks to achieve user story completion
  • Work with UX and development teams to document data structures; This will inform the UX and content architecture process and also the development process for automated imports and migrations of data when appropriate; Apply data analysis, data modeling, and quality techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of business processes, establish, modify or maintain data structures and associated components; Work with data engineers and other application development team members on the details of data structures and associated components
  • Work with UX and visual designers to ensure that their designs match the underlying data structure or technical framework that will govern the website and employee facing applications; Write and assist others with functional notes to ensure a cohesive understanding of product functionality across internal and external teams
  • Review websites for technical bugs, layout issues, performance optimizations and overall quality during QA process; Articulate technical findings as appropriate and assign to the appropriate personnel and ensure completion of tasks.; Interpret client requests and route them to the appropriate stakeholder
  • Communicate technical impact statements for releases draft application release and upgrade, outage and testing announcements to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain application support documentation including ensuring development and configuration notes are harmonized
  • Apply tools, techniques and processes to track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes related to the configuration and release concepts


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst, system analyst, scrum master, developer, or technical producer or comparable role
  • 4+ years of experience in Web Content Management, Digital, and CRM, QA, and Technology Domain
  • 4+ years of experience with technical analysis responsibilities and technical domain experience
  • Experience providing technical analysis for the Salesforce Platform or SAP CRM or HANA Platform and related testing APIs, must have worked one full implementation cycle minimally
  • Experience providing technical analysis for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore Experience Manager and related testing APIs, must have worked a full implementation cycle
  • A portfolio or examples of technical documentation that you have produced
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile, as well as Waterfall
  • Fluent in Visio, Teams, and all Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Experience with Agile methodology, user stories & JIRA and correlation of components and technical tasks
  • Experience implementing large, complex, data intensive systems
  • Database background and familiarity with data mapping
  • Experience with source code, version management, and code deployment/devops standards
  • Experience with configuration management/build management procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines with the ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of the utility industry preferred
  • Certification in WCM or CRM technologies preferred
