Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Scrum Master to join their team in Red Bank, NJ.


  • Utilize WCM and CRM technologies, lead the creation of parallel customer centered solutions where the customer can be a sales, service, marketing, or operations employee, prospective or current utility customers, or shareholders
  • Work with Product Owners and team members to learn and practice healthy backlog management and prioritization practice
  • Facilitate the execution and improvement of backlog refinement
  • Prepare for and facilitate release planning with teams
  • Help with dependency management and cross team coordination
  • Ensure adherence to agile practice through program increment planning, retrospectives, etc. for scrum teams
  • Facilitate ceremonies, collaboration, communication, and conflict management
  • Influence the organization in the removal of organizational impediments and development of healthy Agile practices
  • Mentor Product Owners and team members in agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Assist in the coordination of operational issue resolution
  • Facilitate team development, mediate conflicts protecting the team and encourage healthy team dynamics
  • Introduce team to explore healthy Agile development practices, focus on quality and technical excellence, predictable delivery, automation, and continuous delivery
  • Encourage a balanced backlog that delivers valuable features for customers, reduces technical debt, provides business value, and enables product sustainability
  • Help the team to develop, capture, and analyze metrics to facilitate team improvements


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; A Master’s degree is preferred
  • 6+ years of IT and project/program management and experience in Agile software development including coaching on agile methodologies
  • 4+ years of experience in Web Content Management, Digital, and CRM cloud (SAAS, PAAS) technologies
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience as the primary interface between Business (Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations) and Technology Teams (Digital, CRM, and WCM)
  • Experience leading delivery on the Salesforce Platform or SAP CRM or HANA Platform (Sales, Marketing, Service Clouds) for one full implementation cycle
  • Experience leading delivery on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore Experience Manager for one full implementation cycle
  • Experience with extensively CRM and WCM integrated systems which may include CTI/IVR, OMS or Work Order or WAM Systems, ERP, Billing/CIS, and a range of niche systems
  • Experience in both UX and functional technology delivery
  • Microsoft tool expert (Word, Excel, PPT, Team) and JIRA-Atlassian Suite experience
  • Experience working with dedicated OCM and training partners for program transformation delivery
  • Capable of working independently, as well as with others
  • Strong organizational skills with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
