Job Description

A leading financial firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Within this role, you will work closely with business units, subject matter experts, and technical resources to identify business needs, define projects, develop requirements, and manage the development effort to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with system development teams to clarify business requirements and translate to technical/functional requirements
  • Prepares technical documentation for development, project, risk, and compliance teams
  • Provide input on the sizing, scheduling, and prioritization of projects and enhancements
  • Participates in the daily support and maintenance of the systems and applications
  • Ensures that escalated issues are tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Funds Transfer Pricing Knowledge working within a technology environment – ideally this candidate will have OFSAA experience
  • Business Analyst experience within financial services- writing business requirements and technical documentation
  • Experience being the liaison between business and IT on an FTP related project
