A financial services company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in IT, Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement, Operational Risk or Compliance
  • Work with Business and IT stakeholders to translate and document detailed business and system requirements, process flows and data requirements
  • Conduct detailed business and system process analyses; understand complex business processes and system limitations; identify and document current state and future state processes
  • Break down requirements into specific and actionable development stories and associated acceptance criteria using Agile methodology
  • Support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize risk
  • Work with Test Managers to ensure test cases are documented and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
  • Working knowledge of project management practices and methodologies including agile and waterfall
  • Participate in multiple key initiatives; detail oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize

Preferred

  • Experience with the RSA Archer application
  • Experience working with JIRA project management tool
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process flows in Visio
